About Me

After obtaining an Honors Degree in Psychology, I went on to complete a BPsych so that I could register as a Psychometrist in independent practice. I’m also a certified Brain-Based Coach and have over 20 years of corporate experience working within people development.

I am a wife, and a mom of two teens, as well as two fur babies.  I’m also an avid reader and love discovering more about myself and others.
